Tickets are purchased on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis, as per our terms and conditions. However, we understand that situations can change and guests may not be able to visit on the date you originally planned.
Therefore to change the date of your booking, please complete a form here and a member of the support team will be in contact.
Please ensure you provide any relevant order numbers or screenshots of your tickets so our contact centre team can assist. For security reasons, we need to speak to the named lead booker directly when discussing any bookings.
Changing the Name on my Booking
Unfortunately, we are not able to change the name on a booking. If the person named on the booking (the cardholder) is not attending then they will need to write a signed letter of authorisation to the named person collecting the tickets, including the below details:
“I *name of card holder* authorise *name of person collecting tickets* to collect the tickets from order number *booking reference* paid for by my card *last 4 digits of credit card used*.
The named person collecting the tickets will also need to bring a valid photo ID along with the signed letter.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass/es as they will not be issued without them.
