What is Fastrack?
Fastrack is a product which you can purchase to maximise your day. It is a ticket which has a set allocation of uses (depending on tier and price), allowing you to access a shorter queue a specified amount of times. This allows you to manage your day by choosing which attractions you would like a reduced waiting time on. You can choose to use one of the Fastrack allocations at any of the listed attractions. Once you have used all your allocation of rides, the ticket will become inactive.
Where did Reserve & Ride go?
We previously used Reserve & Ride as a queue time product which allowed you to reduce your waiting time by a set amount. Based on feedback, we have moved away from this system into one based around the amount of attractions you can experience for the price, ensuring that everyone who has a Fastrack ticket is receiving the same value for money.
I have pre-purchased Fastrack online, how do I use it?
You will receive a ticket via email - on the day of your visit simply show that ticket at the attraction you want to use your allocation on for the ride attendant to scan. That's it - enjoy the ride! (To make it even easier, you can add your Fastrack ticket to your wallet in the LEGOLAND Windsor app!)
I bought Fastrack online, how can I add it to the app?
Open the LEGOLAND Windsor app, and select 'My Visit', then 'My Tickets & Passes'. From here, select 'Add Tickets & Passes' and input the order number from your confirmation email, along with the email address used on your booking and your tickets should be added!
Is Fastrack instant access?
During busy times the Fastrack queue may have a short wait before you ride. It will always be less than the main waiting time.
What is a One Shot ticket?
If you do not want to purchase a full package, you can buy one of our One Shot tickets - these allow one access to a selected attraction. Please note these are subject to availability and may sell out on busy days.
Is the ticket a set amount of uses for each attraction?
No, packages include a set number of overall uses. Although there is a full list of attractions, you can choose where to use your allocation. There is not a specified amount of uses per attraction. The only exception to this is Fastrack Gold which allows access to all attractions all day on the selected date.
Can I screenshot the barcode of my Fastrack ticket?
No, screenshotting the barcode is a breach of Fastrack terms and conditions, and can lead to revocation of your Fastrack ticket for the remainder of the validity without a refund.
Can I share my Fastrack uses with members of my group?
No, a Fastrack package is for use by one person only. Sharing the ticket is a breach of Fastrack terms and conditions and can lead to revocation of your Fastrack ticket for the remainder of the validity without a refund.
