Do I have to print my Print@Home tickets or can I bring them on my phone?
If you can open the Print@Home .pdf file that is attached to your confirmation email, then we can scan the barcode directly from your phone or tablet at Admissions on the day of your visit.
Please note Print@Home is not available on all tickets and extras - some products require you to collect your tickets from the Ticket Office on the day.
I have Print@Home Tickets/Annual Pass - how can I enter the Theme Park?
If you already have your tickets from our Print at Home Service, small, dated white tickets or a Merlin/LEGOLAND Annual Pass*, you may proceed to the turnstiles.
*Please note: Passholders must pre-book their Annual Pass reservation online in advance here.
I have not received my Print@Home tickets/the PDF is corrupted, what should I do?
If you have not received your print@home tickets in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders as sometimes these e-mails can be sent here automatically.
Alternatively, we will be able to print your tickets at the Ticket Collection Desk located within the Ticket Office. Please ensure you have available your booking order number, the credit card used to make the purchase and a form of photo ID.
