If your booking is for collection, please bring your order number (this can be found on your booking confirmation). This can be presented in printed and written form or shown on a mobile device, along with your payment card on the day of your visit.
Please be aware if you are collecting a LEGOLAND Annual Pass/es or Merlin Annual Pass/es, the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass/es as they will not be issued without them.
Online Day Tickets
If you already have your tickets from our Print at Home Service, you may proceed to the turnstiles.
If your tickets are for "Collect at Attraction", please bring your payment card and reference number.
If you have booked in advance with a third party company and have not received your tickets please proceed to Ticket Office.
Short Breaks
Short Break park tickets will be included in your booking confirmation email. These can either be printed or shown on your mobile phone.
If staying at one of our onsite accommodations, you can also collect your theme park tickets on arrival at the Hotel/Woodland Village Reception. You do not have to wait until the 4 pm check-in time to collect them - they can be collected alongside a lift pass at any time so that you can access the Park through the Hotel. If staying at the Woodland Village, you can enter the park via the main park entrance.
Lost/Forgotten my Tickets
If you have purchased your tickets from the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort website, you can look up your booking and re-print your tickets by using our look-up service here.
Alternatively, we will be able to print your LEGOLAND Windsor Resort tickets from our Ticket Office. Please ensure you have available your booking order number, the credit card used to make the purchase and a form of photographic ID.
Please note, when tickets have been printed once, issued tickets that have been lost or forgotten cannot be reprinted.
Booked For Someone Else?
If the payment card holder is not going to be present at the time of collection a letter of authorisation must be provided from the card holder.
A quick example of a letter of authorisation is included below -where X’s are included these are numbers that are based on the booking and the relevant card details.
At the time of collection, the original signed letter of authorisation must be presented along with the booking confirmation number and photo ID of the person collecting the tickets.

I do not have the card used to purchase my tickets - what should I do?
If collecting your tickets, we do require the payment card to be brought along with the booking reference number.
If the cardholder who made the purchase is not attending, a letter of authorisation signed by the cardholder along with a photo ID for the guest collecting will be required.
Please note if collecting LEGOLAND or Merlin Annual Passes the card and cardholder must be present.
