Sensory Spaces
We have two Sensory Spaces at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, one located in Heartlake City and one exclusively for Hotel guests in the Resort Hotel. The Sensory Space is open and designed to provide a calming environment for guests with additional needs who require a quiet moment away from the excitement of the Resort’s 55 rides, live shows, and attractions.
The Sensory Space in Heartlake City remains a Ride Access Pass activation and help point so should you require any assistance throughout the day, our team would be happy to help.
Hotel Guests: If you wish to access the Total Sensory Space while staying at the LEGOLAND Hotels, please speak with the hotel reception team to give you access.
If you wish to access the Total Sensory Space while staying at the LEGOLAND Hotels, please speak with the hotel reception team to give you access.
At this time, we do not have a Total Sensory Space available within our Woodland Village. However, guests are also welcome to use the Total Sensory Space available in Heartlake City during park opening hours.
Is there a quiet time to enter the park?
Before entering the Resort and beginning your LEGOLAND adventure, all guests are required to have their entry tickets scanned and validated by one of our team members. Should you or anyone in your party wish to arrive with smaller crowds/ minimal queueing, we would recommend entering the park after 11:30am as this is when we have observed fewer people entering the park alongside minimal queueing. Please keep in mind that this can fluctuate from day to day and is not a guarantee of instant access.
Hiring Ear Defenders
LEGOLAND Windsor has a limited number of ear defenders. These are available to hire from Guest Services located at The Beginning (main entrance) or the Sensory Space located in Heartlake City on the day, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Ear defenders can be hired for the day for a fully refundable £20 deposit (Card Only). Ear defenders are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee guests that they'd be able to have one for their visit. If guests have their own ear defenders, then they're welcome to use these during their time at the Resort.
If you require further information, please contact our Accessibility Experience Team via email at accessibility.experience@legoland.co.uk or on the day speak to a member of staff who would be happy to assist you further.
