Mobility Scooters
You can either bring your own mobility scooter to the resort or hire online to collect at Guest Services on the day.
With the exception of the pathway situated on the right-hand side heading down from Rebuild the World to Spinning Spider, all other pathways are suitable for mobility scooters. However, these rides can be accessed via alternative routes.
Sections of the park can be steep in sections which can make powered buggies or scooters unstable.
Please take extra care when using them and speak to a staff member at Guest Services in The Beginning or Ride Access Hub for further information.
With most of our rides, mobility scooters should be left outside the building. If there is a specific accessibility requirement in relation to a mobility scooter needing to be brought to the boarding point, the guest should speak to a member of staff.
If you require further information, please contact our Accessibility Experience Team via email at accessibility.experience@legoland.co.uk or on the day speak to a member of staff who would be happy to assist you further.
Hiring a Mobility Scooter
Mobility Scooters must be reserved in advance here.
You can collect the mobility scooter from Guest Services which can be found in the Beginning Area of the park, located on the right-hand side, just beyond the entrance gates.
Please ask a member of the team and be ready to present the order confirmation number as well as the name that the booking was made under so the team can verify your booking.
The hire charge for the vehicle will be £25 (Card Only). There will also be a £50 holding deposit (Card Only), that we request on the day, to ensure that the vehicle is returned in the same condition and on the same date. The holding deposit will be refunded once the vehicle is returned to The Beginning, only. If you experience any issues with your vehicle, you can go to any shop or Guest Services in the Resort for assistance.
Please note: The minimum age is 18. You will be required to complete a disclaimer and terms of use policy when hiring a mobility scooter on-site.
If you’re visiting the resort as part of an on-site Hotel stay and have a mobility scooter pre-reserved, please do contact the Accessibility Experience Team ahead of your visit and the team will make the necessary arrangements.
You can contact the Accessibility Experience Team via email at accessibility.experience@legoland.co.uk

Please return the Mobility Scooter to the Guest Services. You can return the key to the team at the checkout desks who will refund the holding deposit and take back the Mobility Scooter and key.
Hotel guests can return Mobility Scooters to the Total Sensory Space in Heartlake City or the Hotel Reception. If you drop off your scooter to the Hotel, please contact the Accessibility Experience Team and they will refund the holding deposit and take back the Mobility Scooter and key.
