Theme Park
All assistance dogs and emotional support dogs are welcome to LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort.
Please note, that assistance animals are not allowed on rides. Assistance animals must be supervised and kept on a lead at all times. They will be allowed as far as the loading point where they must be left with a member of the party – they must never be left unattended anywhere in the Resort. This is with the exception of the Hill Train which is a mode of transport used to assist guests around the Resort.
There is a designated relief area for assistance animals, situated behind Desert Chase in Kingdom of the Pharaohs. Here, you can find dog bowls and waste bins as well as water supply via hose, with gated entry-exit to an astro-turfed paddock. Please be sure to refer to the area rules signposted outside, as we ask those to kindly comply with our standards and expectations before use.
Onsite Hotels & Accommodation
All assistance dogs are welcome to LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel, Castle Hotel and Woodland Village. Please inform us in advance so we can allocate the most appropriate room or lodge for you.
Please note that due to the size and design of the woodland barrels, we are unable to accommodate assistance dogs in this accommodation type.
Upon arrival, please advise reception of any additional requirements and they will endeavour to accommodate these where possible.
LEGOLAND Adventure Golf
Service dogs are also able to be brought into LEGOLAND Adventure Golf.
If you require further information, please contact our Accessibility Experience Team via email at Accessibility.Experience@LEGOLAND.co.uk or on the day speak to a member of staff who would be happy to assist you further.
Other pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited in the Resort and, for the avoidance of doubt, should not be left in any vehicle parked at the Resort. Merlin reserves the right to contact any relevant authority to make and be responsible for any decision in relation to any animals that are left unsupervised or that are found to be in distress.
