We understand when the Hill Train is closed it can make a big impact on some of our guest's visits. We have an Accessibility Experience Team on hand on the day to assist with guests that may struggle to get up and down the hill.
On the day of your visit, please head to either Guest Services, The Ride Access Pass hub or The Sensory Space to enquire about getting in contact with the Accessibility Experience Team. We also have an SMS service that guests can use to contact our Accessibility Experience Team while on Resort. Just text 07786 204 025.
