Evacuating a ride could happen at any point, such as the top of a coaster or in the middle of a ride. It is therefore important that we follow the ride restrictions for your safety as we don’t always know when we will need to evacuate or stop a ride.
In the unlikely event of an unplanned closure of a ride, guests on the ride must stay calm, remain seated and secured by their restraint, and follow instructions given by the ride operators. Guests may be required to navigate stairs, narrow walkways, or ladders. If a guest requires assistance exiting the attraction, a member of their party may provide the assistance and our LEGOLAND team will be able to assist.
Plus, wherever we can, we are making changes to our rides with evacuation equipment that reduces restrictions. Our aim is to ensure there is something for every visitor to enjoy at each attraction.
If you are unsure what rides are suitable please contact our Accessibility Experience Team via email at accessibility.experience@legoland.co.uk or on the day speak to a member of staff who would be happy to assist you further.
