The First Aid building is located in Heartlake City and qualified first aiders are always on hand to help and advise guests across the resort.
You can also visit Guest Services in the Beginning area and a member of the First Aid team will be happy to make their way to you and assist here.
Our First Aid Team would be happy to assist with the storage of any medical equipment during your visit, including medications that need to be refrigerated. Please speak to a member of our First Aid Team located within Heartlake City for more information.
