POP badges are the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort’s awesome collector badges. Each Pop is fun and unique in its own way – from your favourite LEGO® Minifigure to glow in the dark or scratch and sniff! Every staff member you meet at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort will also have two POP badges on their lanyard and they love to swap with you and your friends!
How do I get a POP badge?
POP Badges can be found by completing POP Badge challenges during special events or your onsite stay. You can check the LEGOLAND app for more information on the day of your visit.
Swapping POP Badges
If you spot a member of the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort team with a POP Badge on their lanyard, you can ask them to swap one of their badges for one of yours!

Fair Swapping Guide for POP Badge Collectors?
- Be considerate of other people’s collections and do not pressure them to swap something they may want to hold onto for their personal collection.
- Staff love to swap their POP Badges, however, if they are operating a ride or serving a guest then there may be a small delay in swapping. Please be aware that LEGOLAND Windsor Resort staff can only swap LEGOLAND POP Badges, and cannot accept Badges from other Merlin attractions.
- Collectors are responsible for their personal collection of POP Badges and the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort cannot be held accountable for any losses that may occur on the premises.
- For fair swapping, our POP Badge policy is 1 Badge for 1 Badge per swap, regardless of the POP Badge’s status or rarity.
- POP Badges are NOT for resale and hold no value. Do not pay someone for POP Badges as they are making unlawful profit from the Park’s intellectual property.
The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort are unable to replace lost POP badges. Requests for POP Badges to be posted out cannot be fulfilled due to high demand. Special releases will be at the Park’s discretion and pre-promotion may not always happen. Badges for sale will be reported by the attractions to associated selling sites and unlisted. We reserve the right to withdraw any of its POP Badges at any time.
Gold POP Badge and Hotel Mr. Gold Card
Gold POP Badges and Hotel Mr. Gold Cards are the exclusive AWESOME surprises which entitle the owner to a free entry ticket to LEGOLAND Windsor Resort! Want to get your hands on one? Here’s how:
- Spot a team member with the Gold Brick Pop Badge on their LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort lanyard in either the Park or on-site Hotels.
- We can’t reveal who they are or where to find these employees, so make sure to keep your eyes open for this exclusive POP Badge.
- A Hotel Mr. Gold Card can only be found in our hotels for guests staying in any of our on-site Hotel’s. They are hidden around the Reception or Check-In areas, so keep your eyes open when arriving for your visit!
- If you find one, you can either keep the exclusive Gold Brick POP badge and Hotel Mr. Gold Card or exchange for a one-day ticket to LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
- Remember, you cannot keep the POP Badge or Hotel MR Gold Card if you decide to take the prize, so make that final decision wisely.
How do I exchange my Gold POP Badge or Hotel Mr. Gold Card for an entry ticket?
- To exchange your Gold POP Badge or Hotel Mr. Gold Card for an entry ticket, firstly reserve your visit date here. You will need to select the number of Gold POP Badges you are redeeming (1 POP Badge = 1 Entry Ticket) and the date you are visiting.
- Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number but no barcoded tickets.
- On arrival at the Resort, please visit the Ticket Office. Once you provide a member of the team with your Gold POP Badge or Hotel MR Gold Card, they will be able to print your entry ticket!
- Failure to exchange your Gold POP Badge or Hotel MR Gold Card for your entry ticket may result in having to pay for a full-price admissions ticket.
Terms and conditions
- Only a small amount of these badges and hotel cards are released each day and our teams will not be able to confirm where the badges are located.
- Only Gold POP Badges with the wording ‘Take me to Guest Services’ and Hotel Mr. Gold cards with the wording ‘Take me to Reception’ are valid. If you are unsure, please speak to a member of the team who will be able to assist.
- Guests can redeem their badge or hotel card for a one-day ticket to the Resort. This ticket is not valid alongside discount vouchers or against hotel stays and cannot be used during special events such as our Christmas or Brick Days events.
