Children Under 90cm
Given that children 90cm and over are charged entry to the resort, Merlin has made the decision to edit the criteria for a Merlin Annual Pass. Formerly, you could expect to see those whom are under 3 years in age admitted to the resort for free when accompanying a MAP holder - this is no longer the case.
From 1st January 2025, all guests over 90 cm will need to purchase a Merlin Annual Pass or paid entry ticket in order to gain entry to our attractions with their pass holder group.

Pre-Book Allocation
If you reach the pre-book allocation for your pass, but wish to come on a different date. There's no need to cancel, just log in to the Booking Portal to change the date of your ticket and reschedule instead. You can do this by selecting your current booking on the left, change it to the new date you’d like to visit and click ‘Save’.
