Our LEGOLAND Holidays Live Chat experts are on hand to assist with any queries relating to an existing overnight stay or making a new LEGOLAND Holidays booking.
If you already have a Short Break booking you can log into Manage My Booking for all your booking details including e-vouchers and tickets, hotel information and added extras.

Please note we are unable to sell tickets or assist with new or existing Hotel bookings over the phone. Our team are contactable via 01753 626416 between 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday and would be happy to help with any questions you may have.
Please have your booking reference ready so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
Our team are unable to assist with Ride Access Pass pre-booking if your intended visit date has reached capacity.

During peak periods, the response time for our Customer Services Team is around 5-7 working days. We appreciate your patience while we look into your complaint. Please note that if you send multiple emails it may slow down the response time, as it can put the case further down the queue.
