While the Resort offers sloped ground alongside any stepped sections, pathways can be steep in sections and guests with reduced mobility may need additional assistance in these areas.
An alternative route to the steep pathways on entry and exit is to take the Hill Train. If the Hill Train is not operational, please speak to a member of the Attractions team or visit head to either Guest Services, The Ride Access Pass hub or The Sensory Space to enquire about getting in contact with the Accessibility Experience Team. We also have an SMS service that guests can use to contact our Accessibility Experience Team while on Resort. Just text 07786 204 025.
All of our shops, restaurants and Character Meet & Greets are wheelchair accessible. Please speak to a member of our team should you require further assistance during your visit.
For any of our Character Meet & Greets, we would recommend arriving to the venue 15 minutes prior to the start time. Please then speak to a member of our team who will be able to direct you to the most suitable location.

We have individual benches without tables, rather than picnic benches. This includes the following:

- Pathways leading down from the Beginning Area to Bricktopia: 9 Benches
- Bricktopia: 10 Benches
- Miniland: 8 Benches
- Hill Train Bottom Station Surrounding Area: 2 Benches
- Kingdom of the Pharaoh’s: 4 Benches
Our picnic areas are located in the following areas:
- LEGO City (opposite Fire Academy)
- Heartlake City (opposite the Total Sensory Space)
- Kingdom of the Pharaohs (behind Desert Chase and Thunder Blazer)
- Pirate Shores (opposite Jolly Rocker)
- The Enchanted Forest, including wheelchair accessible benches (not available during Brick or Treat events)
