Amend my Short Break Booking
You can log in to Manage My Booking to view all the details about your Short Break booking. You will need your Booking Number, Surname and Email Address to be able to log in.
Amending Your Booking
Need to add on extras, including tickets, and exclusive in-room bundles or extend your stay? You can do this via Manage My Booking! Please login using your booking number, surname and email address and click the 'Complete My Stay' link and follow the steps to view the available extras.
Amending Your Stay Date
If something comes up and you need to change the date of your Short Break, we've made it simple and easy to amend your booking.
If you have added our cancellation protection to your booking you get extra flexibility and can amend your booking up to 3 days before your check-in date. If you haven’t added our protection to your booking, you can still amend your booking up to 7 days before your arrival date.

Need to upgrade your room or change the number of people on your booking?
Upgrading your room or amending the number of people on your booking is simple via our Guest Experience Team. Please note additional charges may apply.
Please note: We will need to speak with the lead name on the booking to make any amendments.
Cancel my Short Break booking
You will need to contact our Short Breaks Guest Experience Team on 0330 236 8862, if you wish to cancel your booking. Please note that you will need your booking reference.

- Please note: In the event of a cancellation, we will need to speak with the lead name on the booking.
- If you have not taken out our Cancellation Protection, there will be fees which will be stated before your booking is cancelled & can be found in our terms and conditions.
Resend my Confirmation
To view and download your booking confirmation, visit Manage My Booking.
