Download Tickets & Passes
We’ll send you an email containing your vouchers and tickets around 60 minutes after completing your order (if you have included tickets as part of your Short Break). This will include your accommodation check-in voucher, e-tickets for the theme park (if included in your stay) and vouchers for any additional extras you have selected.
No need to print them out – simply scan them from your phone! Better yet, why not add these to the LEGOLAND app for quick and easy access on the day of your visit?
Manage My Booking
Find all the information you need for your upcoming break in Manage My Booking, including accommodation and booking details.
You can add Theme Park passes to your break and get ready to experience our awesome rides and attractions.
Book Your Meals
Breakfast is included in your Short Break. You will just need to book a table reservation in advance by visiting Manage My Booking or via the booking links provided in your pre-arrival emails.
Dinner isn’t included in your package unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. We recommend booking in advance due to popular demand.
Dining Reservations open 30 days prior to your arrival date and the booking links will be provided to you via your pre-arrival email. We have 2 awesome themed restaurants at our Resort Hotels and 1 restaurant available at our Woodland Village. Book Your Swimming
The pool and splash area are located in the LEGOLAND Resort Hotel and are only available for our guests staying in the LEGOLAND Resort and Castle Hotels.

Check-In Online
Check-in online: If you’re staying at the Resort Hotels or Woodland Village, we’ll email you 3 days before your arrival date with all the details on how to do this. Then, on arrival day, you’ll receive a handy notification when your room is ready.
Arrival time: If you’re unsure what time your room check-in is, you can confirm this on your main booking confirmation. But this doesn’t mean that you need to wait until then to start your short break – you can arrive at any time on your first day to enjoy all that the Resort has to offer and then get settled in later on.
Multiple rooms: If you have booked more than one room, please check in with our reception teams on arrival at your accommodation. Our online check-in will only allow you to check in one room.
If you do not receive an email, you can complete your check-in with our Reception Team on arrival.
Photo ID
Please bring photo identification with you to gain entry to the theme park and for presentation when you check into one of our Resort Hotels or Woodland Village. Your photo identification must reflect the lead name on the booking.
Pre-authorisation of your card:
When checking in to our Resort accommodation, you will be required to provide a credit/debit card for pre-authorisation against your room. We are unable to accept ApplePay or AndroidPay for this process.
A set amount will be held (currently £5 per room per night)) and if not used, will be released back into your account within 5-10 working days after checkout. As this charge is only a pending charge, the transaction will disappear from your statements after the time period.
If you are staying at one of our nearby hotels, a pre-authorisation may be requested by the hotel. For further details, we would recommend contacting the hotel that you are booked to stay with directly.
Arrive at the Resort for your awesome Short Break!
We ask that you please leave your luggage in the boot of your car (removing any valuables and items that you may need in the park) prior to checking in and after checking out.
Should you be travelling to the resort by public transport, please speak to a member of the reception team at your accommodation for assistance.
Guests staying at our onsite accommodation will go through a bag search before entering the Theme Park.
