General Accessibility information
Lift access is available within both hotels with the exception of the mezzanine level within the Castle Hotel. You can still enjoy the LEGO Friends, Kingdom, Pirate, Adventure and Knight themed rooms as these are available on other floors accessible by the lift.
All shops, restaurants, entertainment areas and games rooms within the Resort and Castle Hotel are accessible to guests with a disability.
The Woodland Village has step-free access to all accessible lodges as well as The Clubhouse Restaurant, shop and entertainment areas. Our standard lodges and woodland barrels have a small step to enter.

Accessing the Park from Onsite Accommodation
Yes, both hotels have multiple lifts which cover all floors of the hotel. These is step free access from the LEGOLAND Resort Hotel and the Castle Hotel into the theme park via lifts. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the Resort Hotel Reception to the Castle Hotel.
There is also step-free access from the Woodland Village to the theme park. It is a 10-15 minute walk, depending on the location of your lodge/barrel, which is clearly sign posted.
Accessible arrangements for Resort Hotel Swimming Pool and Pirate Splash Pool
The Pools are situated within the Resort Hotel, located on the Mezzanine Floor, which has both step and step-free access via the main hotel lift, up to the Pool Area.
There is a dedicated disabled changing room available for the pools, located just beyond the Swim Desk Check-In Area.
There is also an accessible hoist, available upon request, to assist with entry and exit into the Main Pool and the Pirate Splash Pool has a gradual slope that enters the pool. Upon arrival, please advise Reception of your pool booking to ensure they have a trained staff member to operate the hoist if you require further accessible assistance.
Accessible Toilet Facilities
There are accessible toilets available in the public areas of the Resort Hotel, Castle Hotel and Woodland Village. These have lowered fixtures and fittings, with grab rails and pull alarm cords.
If you require Changing Places, please speak with a team member at Reception. We also have a Changing Places facilities on park located in Heartlake City and Knights Kingdom.
