Where can I find information about my tickets booked with a Short Break?
We’ll send you a confirmation email within 60 minutes of making payment for your Short Break booking with your Tickets & Passes attached and ready to download.
This will include your hotel check-in voucher, e-tickets for the Theme Park (if you have them included in your stay) and vouchers for any additional extras you have selected.
If you have Theme Park e-tickets included in your break, you can add them to our official LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort app or download them by selecting “Documents” in Manage My Booking. No need to print them out – simply scan them from your phone!
Remember you are able to use your Theme Park ticket before you have checked in to your hotel, providing your Theme Park ticket is valid for entry on that date.
When can I use my Park Tickets from my Short Breaks Booking?
1-Day Ticket Package:
- If you have purchased a 1-day Theme Park package, this will be valid on either your arrival or departure date. We recommend checking our opening times before arrival.
2-Day Ticket Package:
- Your tickets must be used on 2 consecutive days within your stay. Your Theme Park entry date will start on the date specified on your ticket (your second Theme Park day will follow this)

Important Information:
- Our opening dates and times vary throughout the year. We still sell packages to stay at the Resort when the Theme Park is closed, so we recommend checking our opening calendar before arrival, as the Theme Park may not be open on all the days of your stay. If the theme park is closed during your short break booking, this will be detailed at the top of the search results when you make the booking.
- Please make sure you have downloaded your tickets before arrival - you will then be able to scan these at the entrance.
- Please be aware the above information is only applicable for packages that include Theme Park entry.
Do I need to download my tickets for my Short Breaks Booking?
We strongly recommend downloading your E-vouchers before arrival.
You will receive your E-tickets including accommodation check-in, E-tickets for the Theme Park (if you have Theme Park tickets included in your short break) and any additional upgrades you have selected, 60 minutes after completing payment for your Short Break.
If you have entry tickets to LEGOLAND Windsor Resort included in your short break, you will be able to scan your tickets via your mobile device to gain entry on your booked date. No need to print your tickets - simply scan them straight from your phone! You can also add them to the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort App!
