Please return the Mobility Scooter to the LEGO Store (before 30th July 2024) or Guest Services (30th July 2024 onwards). You can return the key to the team at the checkout desks who will refund the holding deposit and take back the Mobility Scooter and key.
Hotel guests can return Mobility Scooters to the LEGO Shop or the Sensory Space in the Hotel Reception. You can return the key to the Retail team in the store and they will refund the holding deposit and take back the Mobility Scooter and key.
If you are staying in the Woodland Village, your mobility scooter will need to be returned to the LEGO Store (before 30th July 2024) or Guest Services (30th July 2024 onwards) at the end of the day. If you require assistance from the LEGO Store to the Woodland Village, please contact the Accessibility Experience Team during park opening hours.
