If you’re visiting the resort as part of an on-site Hotel stay and have a mobility scooter pre-reserved, please contact the Accessibility Experience Team ahead of your visit and the team will make the necessary arrangements.

The team would be happy to meet you upon arrival at the hotel reception at a pre-arranged date and time to assist with delivering the mobility scooter to you. The holding deposit can also be placed at the hotel concierge desk for convenience and the team will go through the operation of the mobility scooter for you to ensure you are comfortable with using it.
The team will also be happy to collect it at the end of the day from the hotel reception to return it to Guest Services. At this time, the Hotel team will be happy to refund the deposit, subject to it being provided in good, working condition.
