While we do offer some fully wheelchair accessible rides and attractions, most rides require guests to transfer from a mobility device into a ride vehicle by themselves or with assistance from their party. Please see the Accessibility Guide here for specific instructions for each attraction. If a guest requires assistance to transfer from a mobility device, anyone assisting them, such as a carer or guardian, must accompany them on all rides.
To help you plan and organise your day, we have Accessibility Flashcards available to view here, which you can also download to your device. The flashcards provide an insight into the entry and exit of each of our rides here at the Resort. They have photos and descriptions of the queue access, transfer in and out of ride units and ride restrictions for each ride.
