Here at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, we are committed to keeping you safe so you can focus on having fun. Any ride restrictions we do have are in place are there to keep you safe, and it is important for your safety to follow our guidelines.
Each guest on a ride or attraction is responsible for riding properly for their own safety and the safety of others. Please follow the instructions posted and provided by the ride operators. Guests who are demonstrating an unwillingness to ride must be calm and acknowledge their willingness to ride to the operator before the ride will begin. Most attractions require that guests must be able to sit upright with or without the assistance of a guardian or carer. This is to ensure a safe riding position for all guests.
Certain rides and attractions in our resort can be physically demanding and vigorous. Guests health and safety is our top priority; therefore, we reserve the right to refuse admission to any ride should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual for any reason. We have been advised by the health and safety executive that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination.
Do not ride if your health could be at risk or you could aggravate a pre-existing condition. Review the Ride and Restrictions signposted at each ride and attraction for any potential risk before riding.
We have created an Accessibility Guide to explain the requirements for each ride and we strongly recommend that you read this in advance of your visit and use it on the day.
To download the Accessibility Guide please click here. It can also be found on the LEGOLAND Windsor App and you can pick up a copy at the Ride Access Pass Hub in The Beginning or from the Sensory Space located in Heartlake City.
We also have our Ride Restrictions Boards, which can be found here.
If you require further information, please contact our Accessibility Experience Team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or on the day speak to a member of staff who would be happy to assist you further.
