We would recommend guests with reduced mobility apply for the Ride Access Pass, which enables the user to wait the queue time outside of the main queue line. The user would therefore be able to access the ride using the Ride Access Pass queue line. Rides with a lift are indicated by signage outside the ride.

Please refer to the column in the Accessibility Guide outlining our rides and attractions with complex evacuation procedures which can be physically demanding. We would also recommend speaking with our Ride Attendants before queuing for our attractions if you do have any specific ride-related concerns.
