Carer’s tickets do not need to be pre-booked. Guests who require a carer should present evidence of their disability and their own ticket to a member of the Admissions team upon arrival to obtain a carers ticket.
We accept the following documentation as proof of disability:
Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Signed letter from GP
Please note that all documentation should be dated within 12 months. We are unable to accept expired Blue Badges.
Carer tickets can only be used for an individual aged 14+.
Please note - each guest requiring a carer must bring their own documentation.
