All Ride Access Pass applications must be completed online, at least 7 days before your visit. We are asking guests to pre-register their paperwork online before their visit in order to make the application process quicker. To register in advance, please apply online here.
From Tuesday 16th August, all Ride Access Pass applications will be handled by our new Accessibility Partner, Access Card, one of the UK's largest disability accreditation organisations.
The Ride Access Pass application remains free, with the option to upgrade to a full Access Card for £15. Existing Ride Access Pass holders can continue to use their card as normal. We will update this page, as well as the page on our website, with more information soon.
We partner with Nimbus Disability Consultancy who run the “Access Card” Scheme. Nimbus Disability is an organisation of disabled people which specialises in the legislation behind The Equality Act and are recognised as a lead authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.
