Lift access is available within both hotels with the exception of the mezzanine level within the Castle Hotel. You can still enjoy the LEGO Friends, Kingdom, Pirate, Adventure and Knight themed rooms as these are available on other floors accessible by the lift. All shops, restaurants and games rooms are accessible to guests with a disability. If further assistance is required, our team are always on hand to help.
