The Wheelchair Access Pass enables the user to access the 15 rides and attractions that do not have wheelchair accessible queue lines. It allows guests to select their next ride from anywhere in the resort, meaning they can explore the resort whilst waiting for their chosen attraction.
Once you have had your session activated by Guest Services you will be shown a list of rides and waiting times, which reflect the live queue times within the Resort.
Once you have selected your ride a countdown will appear.
Once you countdown has reached 00:00 a QR code will appear.
Please head to your ride’s accessible entrance as listed within our Accessibility Guide and a member of our team will scan your code.
The rides that are not available to select on the Wheelchair Access Pass have wheelchair accessible queue lines and are accessible via the main entrance.
Once your code has been scanned, we would recommend booking your next attraction straight away. This means you start to virtually queue whilst enjoying the ride.
For rides with a longer waiting time, you may wish to plan this around your lunch or one of our shows within the park.
Ride waiting times will be their shortest at the start and end of the day.
