My retail purchase is faulty - what should I do?

If an item you purchased at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is or becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase, please contact our Customer Services Team via customer.services@legoland.co.uk with a copy of your receipt and details of the item. Our Team will be more than happy to help you further.
