If you have changed your mind about a retail merchandise product purchased from one of our retail outlets; we will be happy to help. Simply visit one of our shops at the Resort within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange; ensuring the below criteria are met:
- The product is in the original packaging & in a resalable condition.
- The product is unused, undamaged and unopened with all contents intact.
- Provide the original itemised receipt when returning the product.
If you do not have a receipt, please provide proof or purchase (e.g. from a bank statement) and we will offer an exchange only. If you are unable to visit our stores in person to return the product, please contact our Customer Services team via firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to refund any postage costs if you are returning or exchanging an item due to a change of mind.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless the product is faulty, on the following items:
Personalised items (including engraved keychains, lunch boxes, photographs etc)
- Gift cards
- Goldwash Medals
- Sale items
- Swimwear & towels
The above policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty.
