If you have purchased your LEGOLAND Windsor Annual Pass/es online, we require the card holder to be in attendance with their payment card and booking confirmation (printed out or shown on a smart phone device/tablet) to have the pass/es issued. We are unable to accept a letter of authorisation.
If you have not uploaded photos of each pass holder then we will require them to either; be in attendance to have their photo taken or clear, colour passport style photos to be brought along. Please note we are unable to accept photos on a smart phone/device.
Please note: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is currently closed. You are however welcome to visit the LEGOLAND Hotel to collect your pass/es:
- The Hotel is due to be open each weekend until the Park opens and every day from 15th – 23rd February inclusive.
LEGOLAND Windsor Resort will reopen for the 2019 season on 15th March 2019.
