If you have purchased your LEGOLAND Windsor Annual Pass/es online, we require the card holder to be in attendance with their payment card and booking confirmation (printed out or shown on a smart phone device/tablet) to have the pass/es issued. We are unable to accept a letter of authorisation.
If you have not uploaded photos of each pass holder then we will require them to either; be in attendance to have their photo taken or clear, colour passport style photos to be brought along. Please note we are unable to accept photos on a smart phone/device.

Please note: All Annual Passholders will need to pre-book tickets before heading to LEGOLAND Windsor. We are currently working hard on the new pre-book system and expect to launch this soon! Please keep an eye out on our website for relevant updates.
Please note: Annual Passes must be collected within 6 months of purchase. You must bring your Booking Reference/Email Confirmation, Payment Card and ID to collect your Pass/es. The payment cardholder must be present, along with the payment card used for booking the Annual Passes, to collect them.
