The pathways are suitable for wheelchairs, however they can be steep in sections and guests may require additional assistance. An alternative route to the steep pathways on exit is to take the Hill Train. If the Hill Train is not operational, please speak to a member of the Attractions team or visit Guest Services in Heartlake City or the Beginning for assistance.
For guests who are unable to stand for long periods or walk long distances due to a diagnosed medical condition, our Guest Services team are able to provide manual wheelchairs (or scooter bugs for our younger guests). The wheelchair is offered to enable the user to sit or stand as they wish in order to access our Resort, Shows and Experiences in comfort.
For our rides, the majority of our queue lines have been adapted for wheelchair access. For rides that do not have wheelchair accessible queue lines, guests provided with a wheelchair will be able to access via an alternative entrance.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge, however, a £100 pre-authorisation will be made to protect against loss or damage.
We advise all guests to check the ride restrictions before joining a ride queue line. Ride restrictions are displayed at the ride entrance.
