Your Merlin Pass/es can take approximately 3-5 working days after the date of purchase to be delivered. Please check your email inbox for tracking information from our delivery provider DHL. Please note, we will be unable to delivery your Pass/es if the photos you have uploaded do not meet our photo guidelines (passport style, clear, colour headshot) or your address has been entered incorrectly.
