The Ride Access Pass is operating for Monster Street during the exclusive October dates of this year’s Brick or Treat event (27th September – 3rd November inclusively).
The digital queue pass operates on a timeslot rolling basis, first-come, first served, where bookings are released every 20 minutes per hour; 20 minutes past, 20 minutes to and on the hour. Please be advised, this will not conflict with any other reservation you have made with the Ride Access Pass, including Minifigure Speedway.
The Monster Street attraction will be available to book from 11:15am every day, until 30 minutes prior to the time of park close. Cancellations may become apparent throughout the day, so be sure to check the Reserve & Ride webpage if you’re looking for an earlier or later booking than your reserved timeslot.
There will also be a dedicated quiet time running daily between 11:15am-12pm, in which both visual and audio stimuli will be lowered to create a more calming experience for those with additional sensory needs. Please be mindful, there are still interactive character experiences as part of the Enchanted Forest walkthrough. If you have any concerns, please do speak with the Entertainment team outside the entrance to Monster Street.
Those with Ride Access Passes or mobility aids can use the accessible entrance point, where the fast-track queue line runs alongside Castaway Camp, located in Pirate Shores. Please be advised there may be a short physical wait beforehand as this is a walkthrough experience with other groups entering at any one time. The exit of the walkthrough is to the right-hand side of the Castle in Knights Kingdom.
Please ensure you have a valid fast-track QR code reservation for Monster Street and Merlin ID Photocard/Wristband before joining the queue line as this will be checked upon entry. If you have any issues with booking this attraction, please speak with our Ride Access Pass team at the Total Sensory Space, located in Heartlake City.
The walkthrough experience is one continuous levelled pathway, which is a paved surface throughout and wheelchair-mobility scooter accessible.
