I have pre-booked a Ride Access Pass reservation for LEGOLAND Windsor or Chessington World of Adventures but have not received any confirmation via email.

Once you have pre-booked your Ride Access Pass reservation, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Please simply log in to the Reserve & Ride system on the day of your booked visit and redeem your Ride Access Pass entitlement.
