All Ride Access Pass applications must be completed online, at least 7 days before your visit. Our recommended documentation for a Ride Access Pass is an Access Card which can be obtained on this link. On the day registration will no longer be available at our Theme Parks.
You will be able to collect your Ride Access Pass from our Hub in The Beginning or in the Sensory Space in Heartlake City. You will be issued with a card and your session will be activated.

Pre-Booking your Ride Access Pass Session
Please pre-book your RAP reservation for LEGOLAND Windsor (from 2nd March 2024) via the accessibility webpage. Upon arrival, you are able to follow the instructions in your pre-book confirmation email to activate your RAP session. At each ride, you must show your RAP card and ride reservation (QR code) to the ride attendant, who will scan this and a countdown will begin to show the time until you can book your next ride.
