How to hire:
- Resort Hotel guests: If you’re visiting the Resort as part of an on-site Hotel stay and have a mobility scooter pre-reserved, please contact the Accessibility Experience Team ahead of your visit and the team will make the necessary arrangements. What to do on the day:
- Hotel meet & greet: The team would be happy to meet you upon arrival at the hotel reception at a pre-arranged date and time to assist with delivering the mobility scooter or wheelchair to you.
- Holding deposit: The holding deposit can also be placed in the hotel gift shop for convenience and the team will go through the operation of the mobility scooter or wheelchair for you to ensure you are happy with using it.
- Collection: The team will also be happy to collect your mobility aid at the end of the day from the hotel reception to return it to the LEGO Store at the end of the day. At this time, the retail team in the hotel gift shop will be happy to refund the deposit, subject to it being provided in good, working condition.
