How to hire Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are hired on a first-come, first-served basis from our Guest Services Hub in The Beginning Area or Sensory Room in Heartlake City. On the day that you are planning to enter the resort, we would recommend that you collect this from the Guest Services Hub as a holding deposit will be required.
How to hire Mobility Scooters
Mobility Scooters can be pre-booked here however, these are still available on a first-come, first-served basis and we have a limited number of these available.
On the day – Wheelchairs
When you are ready to collect your wheelchair, simply head to either the Guest Services Hub in The Beginning Area or the Sensory Room in Heartlake City. Here, the team will arrange a holding deposit for the wheelchair which will be returned to you once the wheelchair is returned, subject to it being returned in good, working condition.
If you require assistance with collecting a wheelchair on the day of your visit, please text our Accessibility Experience Team via 07786 204025 who will be able to assist you further. Please note that our Accessibility Experience Team are not able to hold wheelchairs for guests.
If you are met by the Accessibility Experience team at our Hotel or Woodland Village Receptions, they will assist you with making a holding deposit for the wheelchair as well as go through the operation of the wheelchair to ensure that you are happy with using it.
On the day – Mobility Scooters
If you have pre-booked a Mobility Scooter as part of an on-site stay, please contact the Accessibility Experience Team via accessibility.experience@legoland.co.uk ahead of your visit and the team will make the necessary arrangements.
The team would be happy to meet you upon arrival at the reception of your chosen accommodation at a pre-arranged date and time to assist with delivering the mobility scooter to you.
Mobility Scooters will also require a holding deposit. The holding deposit can be placed in the Resort Hotel or Woodland Village Gift Shop (located next to the relevant reception) for your convenience and the team will go through the operation of the mobility scooter to ensure that you are happy with using it.
End of the day – Wheelchair / Mobility Scooter
At the end of your day, the Accessibility Experience Team will be happy to collect your mobility aid from the Hotel or Woodland Village Reception and return it to the LEGO Store. At this time, the retail team in the Hotel or Woodland Village gift shop will be happy to refund the holding deposit, provided the wheelchair/mobility scooter has been returned in good, working condition.
